Welcome to Vista Holistic Health Collaborative (hereinafter referred to as “VH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

VH offers holistic health services including but not limited to: wellness consultations, therapeutic sessions, and educational workshops. Our aim is to support your overall well-being through a variety of holistic approaches.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Appointments:

Cancellation by Client: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of half up to the total cost of scheduled session.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equal to the full fee of the missed session.
Cancellation by VH: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or refund if applicable.

3.2. Workshops and Events:

Cancellation by Client: Registrations for workshops or events can be canceled up to 3 days before the event date with a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 3 days of the event may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
Cancellation by VH: We reserve the right to cancel workshops or events due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit towards a future event.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. Information Collection:

Personal Information: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to, your name, contact details, health information, and payment details.
Usage Data: We may collect information about your interactions with our website and services for the purpose of improving our offerings.

Communication: We may use your contact details to send updates, newsletters, and promotional materials, which you can opt out of at any time.

VH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or session giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our practitioners certifications by the state of CA, the International Federation of Coaching, Somatic Experiencing International, HIPAA, and other licensing regulations pertaining to scope of practice.
