A note from Vicki:
I believe that the foundation for a great coaching relationship is trust. I know how hard it can be to trust anyone when we have experienced relational trauma that shakes our personal and professional lives and leaves us feeling hopeless, confused, and alone. I consider it an honor to hear your stories, openly dialogue about accepting what may be new realities, and partner with you to set new goals and rewrite a wonderful new story for your life and relationships – even if it looks different than you first imagined – mine does. While new beginnings can be tough and take time, we can become stronger, more resilient, and confident individuals, employees, friends, husbands, wives, couples/families. I know this is true because I am different now, after experiencing multiple relationship traumas and having the privilege of spending time with the support of invaluable therapists, coaches, support groups, spiritual leaders, and friends. You deserve safety, honesty, to be heard, and the ability to choose fresh starts. Your future does not have to be your past!
I must say that I get great joy from my family - my husband Carl, our three wonderful daughters and sons-in-law, two sons and eight precious grandchildren (between the ages of 1 and 8) who light up my life in a way I never could have imagined. I also enjoy spending time with wonderful friends, being outdoors walking and hiking, continuously learning new things, and slowing down to spend time with God. I look very forward to getting to know you and supporting you in moving forward!
